Website Security Notice

How our website operates and what this means for you.

How our website works

The Display Manager website runs on WordPress, which uses PHP, a widely used programming language that allows websites to function. PHP is a standard part of the technology behind millions of websites and is not, in itself, a security concern.

Our website is primarily an information resource, providing details about our company, solutions and services. It does not have a client portal, customer login area or e-commerce functionality.

What does this mean for our clients?

Our website is separate from the systems we use to deliver and support our clients’ audio-visual and workplace technology services. The website does not provide a client account through which you access our services or manage your systems.

The absence of login and e-commerce functionality means there are no website-based client accounts or online purchasing accounts to access through these features.

We regularly review relevant software, configurations, and hosting environment, checking to ensure they are appropriately updated and maintained. We implement robust security measures working with our technical support providers as required.

We will contact any clients directly if our investigations identify an issue that affects them or requires action.

We take security seriously and remain committed to protecting our clients’ trust through clear communication and responsible management of our technology.

If you have any questions, please contact our team enquiries@displaymanagervc.com
